How does eButler Work?

Maybe you are busy or you are just looking to save on your
groceries, eButler gives you access to great deals from your
favourite grocery brands delivered to your door within same day to 3
days depending on where you live within South Africa. Choose from a list of carefully curated bundles or create your own to be delivered to your door step.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide. Township or Suburb. Check When will my order arrive.
Why are your prices lower than other retailers?
We have cut out the middlemen, and all the other costs that come
with running a traditional grocery store which ends up making your
groceries as expensive as they are currently. We source products
directly from the brands distributors and wholesalers, and deliver
them to your door without too much need for warehousing storage.
Can I buy fresh produce from eButler?
At the moment you can't. Only non-refrigerated items are available
on eButler. Stay signed up for more updates on that.
Is there a delivery fee? 
You only pay R45 for delivery anywhere in the country. Minimum Order
quantities may apply in some regions.
Food Safety & Quality
Food safety and quality is a top priority at eButler. We make sure
that all packers are well-equipped with knowledge to make sure your
food is properly picked and maintained at all stages of the
fulfilment process. Frozen and Fresh items are currently not
available.
How do I pay?
 
We accept all Visa and Mastercards, you can also pay via EFT. Cash
on Delivery is currently not available.
I got a wrong item, how do I return an item?  
Firstly we apologise we delivered the wrong item. You can use the
live chat option to chat to our customer support team, and they will
ensure the right item is delivered to you immediately. Check our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I know how far my order is?
You will receive order status updates at every point of the delivery
process. Go to your Profile/ Orders / Track.
