How will I be refunded?
Your refund will be processed on the card you originally used to pay
with, as specified on your online dispatch note.
How do I return Items?
While we have put measures in place to ensure we always deliver the
right items in the right condition, we have also put systems in
place for when we drop the ball. If for any reason you’re not happy
with the item(s), you may contact us email@example.com for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and
items are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. For returns or exchanges, we will dispatch a new order with our delivery partners with the correct items. Please note: We cannot accept items that have been altered or
changed, unless there is a quality complaint unrelated to the
alteration or change.
